Isak Benjamin, 21, is a rising artist to keep an eye on. From a young age, his musical talent has been undeniable. Growing up in a musically gifted family alongside his sisters Johanna and Klara from First Aid Kit, Isak has already lived a lifetime of experiences - from performing at a sold out Avicii Arena to traveling on tour buses across the US. These moments have shaped his relentless ambition and made him determined to fully commit to his own musical path.
 
During his school years, Isak studied music production and performed in various bands. His musical inspirations include artists like Sam Fender, Bleachers, Tom Petty, and Phoebe Bridgers. Since graduating, Isak has devoted countless hours in the studio refining his sound and honing his artistic vision. The result is an impressively well-crafted debut EP coming in 2025.
 
“This is the sound I’ve had in my head for years – now I’m finally ready to do this for real.” One of the standout tracks, "Never Look Down", came together quickly and was written at home in the basement studio of Isak's childhood home, where he still lives. The song was co-written with Ben Cramer (known for his work with Orville Peck and Noah Cyrus), with whom he also created “Tailored by Design.” According to Isak, it's the most fun song to sing and play live.
